The purpose of the selection and placement practices is to recruit candidates who will be able to adapt to the corporate culture, and therefore to achieve sustainable success.
Our priorities for recruitment are that our employees should have a good level of English knowledge, and have no obstacle to travel and mobilization. According to the position, sometimes people with high technical knowledge and skills and sometimes experienced people are preferred.
Processing of the Procedure
In order to ensure that candidates are placed in the right job, structured, made competent and varied, they are invited to interviews with respect to the approval of Human Resources. The general aptitude and English tests are applied after examining whether a candidate is suitable for the corporate culture and whether the qualifications of the candidate fit the vacant position. In addition to the observations of Human Resources, a Personality Inventory Test is also applied. Then, the candidate is interviewed by the department manager for evaluation of his/her professional knowledge. When the election process is completed, the candidate is notified about the result.
