Ece Demirpençe has been appointed as the Acting General Manager of Akfen REIT. Continuing her role as the Real Estate Development Coordinator within Akfen Holding, Ece Demirpençe has been appointed as the Acting General Manager of Akfen REIT Inc., following the resignation of Sertac Karaağaoğlu.

Ece Demirpençe, appointed as the Acting General Manager of Akfen REIT, completed her undergraduate education at Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, and is a graduate of the Real Estate Development Master’s Program at Istanbul Technical University.

Demirpençe began her career between 2003-2005 as a Real Estate Development Consultant at Project Management Inc. In 2005, she moved to Multi Development, a Netherlands-based company, where she spent 10 years in various roles including Assistant Project Manager, Commercial Project Manager, Director of Investments and Operations, and Commercial Director, focusing on the development and management of large-scale international real estate projects.

In 2016, she moved to the United States to establish her own company in the online retail sector and successfully navigated the entrepreneurship ecosystem with her brand. Starting as the Real Estate Development Coordinator at Akfen Holding at the beginning of 2023, Ece Demirpençe has begun her role as the Acting General Manager of Akfen REIT as of 2024, following the departure of Sertac Karaağaoğlu.
